Welcome to your mini-class!

We get it, training a dog on top of everything else a busy parent has on their plate is challenging. You don’t have the time or energy to dedicate to teaching your dog perfect obedience skills. That’s why this class is focused on just the skills necessary to train a safe, fun, and happy family dog.

The class is broken into three sections. Each section focuses on a specific, easy-to-teach skill that can be used in a variety of settings. I also include ideas for taking the new skills into real life scenarios with your dog.

What you need:

• Lots of tiny training treats
• A dog training clicker
• A learning space with as few distractions as possible

About Clicker Training:

I use this training clicker to teach my dog new skills. If you have a clicker, this is a great time to use it, but if not, you can still follow the instructions. Instead of a clicker, you can choose a word to use as a clicker word. I use the word “yes.” Just say your clicker word any time the instructions say to click.
